One of the many countries producing tea today and have been growing tea for many years. The crops of Darjeeling, Assam, Nilgiri is developed to export worldwide.
In India, the Chai tea has become a everyday tea with using spices (pepper, cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, lavender, ginger). Chai tea is brewed when adding black tea on the stove with spices and some water, boiling then adding milk to finish off the tea, bringing to a boil and serving. Chai tea is enjoyed in cold and hot weather.
