“Watermelon – Banana Smoothie”
“Cooking with Green Tea” by Ying Chang Compestine
1 cup fruit-flavored green tea, brewed with 4 tea bags
8 frozen vanilla soy-milk cubes
2 cups cubed seedless watermelon
1 Tablespoon honey
*Discard the tea bags and let the tea cool.
**Blend the frozen soy cubes in a blender at medium speed until crushed, about 10 seconds. 
***Add the remaining ingredients, and blend at high speed until smooth and frothy, about 15 seconds.
****Pour into glasses and serve immediately for best color and taste.
           ** Makes 3-1/2 cups
“To make frozen soy cubes, pour soy-milk into an ice cube tray and freeze.   After freezing the cubes can be removed and stored airtight in a plastic container up to 1 month”.
