Infusion of Herbs are usually used with the flowers, leaves and essence parts of the plant. To enjoy these Infusions, it is best that the Herbs are steeped. By using this method, you will enjoy the properties of the herbs.
Best way to enjoy a Infusion of Herbs:
1 Tablespoon of Herb
1 cup of water.
Pour water over the Herb
Steep for up to 60 minutes
(may be prepared in less than 35 minutes)
**When doubling the amount of herb, this will also the double the time for the herb to steep. Also the brew will be a lot stronger.
**After you have brewed your Herbal Infusion, place into the fridge to keep the freshness.
**Enjoy your Herbal teas iced, hot or just warm. Another great idea is to place the Herbal tea into Ice Cube trays and can also add to that Summer punch. Great blended into fruit juices.
**Not suggested to leave out in room temperature it will loose it flavor and will go bad. Store in the fridge, for up to 4 days.
